How often do you encounter a tricky situation which requires you to respond tactfully? Be it at a social gathering or formal meeting, you have to consistently be mindful of your surrounding atmosphere. More importantly, you have to be aware of your own emotions.
Emotional Intelligence (EQ) is the factor that distinguishes the true successful people and those who appear to be. It is all about managing your priorities with your existing competencies. Recognizing the drivers responsible for your moods and behaviour is thus imperative to manage your life more effectively.
On 23rd January, Facilitator Chiang Wen-Wei shared with more than 170 participants how to apply EQ techniques for enhanced self-management, developing and sustaining EQ competencies to improve their working and social relationship.
From illustrations to interactive sessions with fellow learners, participants gained a deeper understanding on this topic which is not easy to comprehend. It was an impactful 3-hours workshop which benefited the participants for life.
