What we have mentioned above are also considered the signs and symptoms of stress. If you can relate to those situations, then you would have benefited by attending our recent Stress and Wellness Management seminar on 23 May 2009.
At the 3 hour seminar, 25 participants learnt about the causes and signs of stress from the facilitator, Sandra Sandu-Reeves. The participants also practiced relaxation breathing and positive visualization techniques that made them feel revitalized at the end of the seminar. Sandra also shared with the participants relevant and useful tips on good nutrition that they can apply in their daily lives.
