  - by Wong Kok Wah

video

Today, the key to a successful interview session is to understand your interviewer, know what he or she is looking for and to achieve the objective of the interview. To research about the company is a basic practice for all interviewees. However, to maximize the interview opportunity, interviewees need to practice how to present themselves in a confident and convincing manner in order to leave a very lasting impression.

On 25 April 2009, Wong Kok Wah, the facilitator, provided tips and real life examples for more than 80 participants at the Possibility Room, National Library, on how to ace their interview session. One of his important tips is - Practise before the real interview.
