We all have traits and habits that make us unique, and thus more suitable than others for certain jobs. Finding the right job that suits your personality is crucial in career planning. More importantly, career planning should start early.

On the 27th Sept 2007, Managing Director Steven Seek spoke to more than 120 students of Republic Polytechnic, making use of the abbreviated version of the Drake P3 Personality Test to help them understand themselves better. This Personality and Career Talk helped them realise the strengths and weaknesses of their personality, thus helping them to plan for their career early.
