An interview is a very important opportunity for one to impress the prospective employer. One can prepare for an interview by formulating a strategy, scripting answers and practicing replies so as to increase one's chances of making a good impression and result in being hired.

On 12 May 2007, the facilitator, Steven Chong, conducted an Interviewing Skills workshop to more than 100 participants. The workshop helped participants with the planning and strategising of an interview before stepping into the interview room. According to him, one must be prepared for an interview as he or she is only given one chance to impress the interviewer and create a good first impression.
