  Maximise Your Interview Opportunity
  - A Job Interview workshop
  demand

Once invited for an interview, one has to start the preparations such as researching the company, formulating one's strategy, scripting one's answers, and practising one's replies. However, the past tried-and-tested 'Question & Answer' approach to Job Interviews is no longer effective. To be successful, one has to know what the Interviewer is looking for and to answer the objective of the Interview. To be invited to a job interview is difficult and the job applicants must maximise every opportunity.
