Are you still passionate about your current job or are you dragging your feet to work everyday?

As the employment landscape continues to change, working relationships evolve and jobs become more demanding. A composite career decision is vital to ensure that you do not just look at only one aspect to make your career decision.

In looking at one's career, landing a coveted job is only the short-term goal. To have continuing success and to remain satisfied with one’s career, planning and managing one's career is essential. Think it’s impossible to enjoy your job? You are wrong! Understanding yourself, environmental awareness and trend forecasting will guide you to make sound career choices which will be a perfect fit to your personality and values.
