• The JobsDB.com Grand Prix Racing Game “Refer to Friends” contest is open only to Singaporeans and Permanent Residents.
• JobsDB Singapore and Informatics Global Campus reserve the right to change the contest prizes and conditions at any time.
• The JobsDB.com Grand Prix Racing Game is copyright of JobsDB Singapore and cannot be copied or altered in any way.
• The contest runs from 10 Sep to 10 Oct 2008 and the judges' decision on the winners is final.
• All JobsDB, 88DB, Informatics Education Staff, and their relatives are not permitted from taking part in the JobsDB.com Grand Prix Racing Game “Refer to Friends” contest.
• In order for participants’ game results to be taken into consideration and to stand a chance to win a prize, participants will need to refer at least a friend online through the ‘Refer to Friends’ page.
• There is no restriction on the number of times participants can play the game.
• The winners will be announced on JobsDB.com and IGC (www.informaticsglobalcampus.com) latest by 16 October 2008.
• Prizes are not exchangeable for cash or transferable.
• Prizes must be collected from Informatics office in Singapore.
• Informatics Global Campus is not responsible for the contest administration and is in no way affiliated with the contest, or liable for any matters arising due to the contest.

Disclaimer:

Appearing in the Top 3 of the ‘Hall of Fame’ does not guarantee that the participants are the automatic winners of the JobsDB Grand Prix ‘Refer your friends’ contest. Contest entries are still subject to the referred email addresses being verified by the judges to be deemed as ‘valid’. Selection of the contest winners will be based on the highest number of ‘valid’ email address referrals.

A ‘valid’ email address is deemed as valid if it fulfills the following criteria –

1. The recipient’s email address is a real email address that is fully functioning E.g. the recipient’s mailbox is not full and the referred email does not bounce back. 
2. The email address is to a personal email address of the participant’s friend and not a generic company/organization/institution website address. For example, "enquiry@jobsdb.com.sg" does not constitute a valid email address. Participants who submit such email referrals can be disqualified from the contest immediately.
