The Ministry of Manpower has developed an e-Guide for students to better understand job opportunities in the current and future job market.

The Career Compass 2008 aims to give students a better understanding of the opportunities in the current and future job market. Students can make use of this information when choosing what courses to pursue in the universities, polytechnics and Institute of Technical Education (ITE). They can also make informed career choices when they enter the workforce.
