The ideal candidate will be very persistent, creative, and able to relate to key issues in large scale activities.

If he/she would be called upon to develop long-range planning, his/her keen sense of timing and ability to produce practical, time-saving innovations would assist him/her.

He/She will communicate in the manner of a teller rather than a persuader, and he/she will prefer to interact in one-on-one relationship and in small groups.
