The awards recognise the efforts of the People Innovation and Education team in driving the training and development programmes that allow employees to learn, share and acquire knowledge that would enable them to perform and contribute more effectively to businesses, as well as to increase their employability as well as the programmes and systems that seek to ensure high health and safety standards regulated by the Factories Act to ensure workplace health and safety for the employees.
