Elaine Heng is a qualified image consultant running her own image consultancy firm, Elaine Heng Image Consultancy, specialising in personal and corporate image management courses. Elaine is highly recognised in the image consultancy arena and was invited to be a guest judge on MediaCorp Channel U's Wardrobe SOS shows. She was also featured in Elle magazine, Newman magazine, Female magazine, Mypaper and interviewed by Simply Her magazine and Mediacorp 93.3FM.

She has since conducted trainings for many corporations and Ministry of Education (secondary schools like Christchurch Secondary School and St. Anthony's Connosian School, Junior Colleges like Hwa Chong Junior College, ITE College East Simei and NTU).
