Organised by JobsDB.com, the leading online recruitment network in Asia Pacific, JobsDB.com Career Expo 2009 featured jobs by more than 200 companies such as American International Assurance, Aspial Corporation, ComfortDelgro, Emerson Process Management, Kentucky Fried Chicken, McDonald’s, Ministry of Defence, Ministry of Home Affairs, Standard Chartered Bank, and many more. Self-help groups such as Mendaki and SINDA were also present.

At Singapore’s only paperless career and education job fair, jobseekers were able to apply for job positions without the traditional method of presenting printed copies of their resume to potential employers. All registered visitors to the physical event were given a Career Card which they could then use to electronically apply for jobs and education courses with exhibitors.
