Dr Victor Tai is Senior Consultant Psychologist at Adam Road Hospital for the past 12 years. He is also a Certified Senior Management Consultant at Psyscan Consulting International for the past 25 years. Dr. Victor Tai had more than 25 years of teaching and consulting experience in Singapore, ASEAN and the United States. He has lectured and trained several thousands of executives, managers and professionals from numerous organisations. He had served as a resource person for the National University of Singapore, Singapore Institute of Management, National Productivity Board, Singapore Institute of Personnel Management and Ministry of Education. He had delivered many in-house training programs on topics ranging from Communication to Interpersonal Relations, Supervisory to Management Development, and Leadership to Organization Development.

He was previously Chief Psychologist at the Ministry of Defence for almost 10 years. He was a past president of the Singapore Psychological Society and past deputy chairman of the Singapore Professional Centre. He was also a founder member of the Singapore Society for Executive Health and the Singapore Society of Counselling.
