Recently a company in
the multi-level marketing doubled the number of it's top achievers
that earned more than $10,000 a month by the use of handwriting
analysis profiling of new members joining their team.
Many employers are discovering the invaluable contribution
of handwriting analysis in the selection process: it evaluates
the applicant's personality against the job description. Qualification
and experience alone never guarantee success.
The major key criteria usually applied in selecting
job applicants are sex; age; qualification and experience
are being challenged as to their value in finding the person
with the right personality for the job. |
A person's personality is really the only constant factor in any
job function - ultimately it is the personality that does the job.
Today, handwriting analysis is over 381 years old and
recognized as a science by most countries in the world. In the United
States some 5000 large MNC use handwriting analysis routinely. Amongst
the list are: Bank of America; Boeing Co. ; Bristol Myers ; Burger
King; CIA; Citibank; Coca Cola; Dow Chemical; FBI; Federal Express
; Firestone; Ford Motor Company; General Electric ; IBM amongst
others.
By assessing a combination of personality characteristics, handwriting
analysis make a more objective and intelligent determination as
to the best candidate for a particular job.
Using Handwriting Analysis for Personnel Recruitment
To begin, you must carefully construct a job
description, keeping in mind what is really required. For instance,
how much detail, people orientation, creativity, ego strength, responsibility,
analytical ability, dependability, conscientiousness, etc. are necessary
for the job?
Next, you must identify the functional job description
to the nature of the personality required to perform the function.
This is usually missed out by employers. This aspect of the process
is essential because it is the personality that will be performing
the job function. Example:
| Functional job description |
Job Personality Description (missed by many employers) |
| Need to manage 18 people |
People oriented, organised, ability to focus and energetic |
| Plan marketing strategy |
Analytical, investigative, some aggressiveness, creativity |
| Coordinate interdepartmental goals |
Plan ahead, a team player, self confident but no ego involved |
